This floor was ripped up and insulated underneath. We then refitted the floor with minimal gaps and replaced any damaged boards. We then sanded the for back to bare timber ensuring the floor was left smooth and clean ready for finishing. The floor was stained American black walnut and 2 coats of silk matt HP commercial seal was applied.
